Excellent location, central and easily accessible. Polite and professional staff, with special recognition for Maria at breakfast service. Spacious room with ample storage, upgraded to a junior suite. Generous breakfast choices, complimentary water and coffee in room. Beautiful view.

The hotel's location in the center of town made it easy for me to navigate Bucharest and discover the hot spots for entertainment. I was delighted to find that the hotel is close to several very good restaurants. The Japanese restaurant inside the hotel, Benihana, came highly recommended and provided an outstanding meal. The friendly and helpful waiter, Gabriel Negara, made me feel welcome and even shared some interesting history about the restaurant.

We loved the convenient location near the Metro, making it easy to travel to all of the city's attractions in just 10 to 30 minutes. The hotel facilities were great, including an excellent fitness center and lovely restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sabina and Maria. The breakfast offered plenty of choice and the room was spacious with lots of storage space.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who guided us to our beautifully designed and spacious room with exclusive amenities. the spa lounge was impeccable, and we enjoyed a full body massage, steam room and a relaxing swim in the indoor swimming pool that offered sun loungers and a sun terrace.
We had a minor issue. We had to wait for room service for a few minutes longer than expected.

Excellent service and a comfortable stay at the Sheraton. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and shopping options. The concierge lounge had a great selection of complimentary drinks and snacks, and the views of the city were fine. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation.

My recent stay at this hotel was luxurious and met all my exclusive needs. the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge where I received a fantastic full body massage. With its central location, this hotel was also an excellent base for exploring the city.
The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of information about the WiFi in the room. this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.
